At Honey Castle Bakery & Cafe, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their orders. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Refund & Return Policy:


1. General Policy

    • Freshness & Quality: We take great care to prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality cakes and baked goods. If you are dissatisfied with the quality or freshness of your order, please contact us immediately.
    • Non-Returnable Products: Due to health and safety regulations, cakes, cupcakes, and other perishable items cannot be returned once they have been delivered or collected. We do not accept returns for edible products.

2. Cancellations

    • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is processed or baked. Cancellations for standard orders must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
    • Custom Cake Orders: For custom cakes, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup. Due to the personalized nature of custom cakes, we may not accept cancellations after this time.

3. Refunds

    • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will request photos of the damaged or incorrect product and, upon verification, offer a refund or a replacement.
    • Quality Issues: If there are issues with the quality of the product (e.g., stale or incorrect ingredients), please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We may ask for photos and details about the issue. If verified, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
    • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Return of Non-Perishable Items

    • Non-Food Products: For any non-perishable products (e.g., merchandise), you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Refund for Non-Perishable Products: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping fees.

5. Special Event Orders

    • For orders related to special events (e.g., weddings, birthdays), we strongly recommend confirming all details well in advance. In the case of last-minute cancellations or changes, a non-refundable deposit may apply, and the refund amount will be determined based on the preparation stage of the order.

6. How to Request a Refund or Return

If you would like to request a refund or return, please contact us via one of the following methods:

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience a problem with the delivery of your order (e.g., delay, missing items), please contact us immediately. We will work with the delivery service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services once the order has been handed over for delivery.


8. Exceptions

    • Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind about the order.
    • Allergen or Dietary Restrictions: While we do offer options such as eggless, gluten-free, or vegan cakes, we are not liable for any allergic reactions. Please ensure that you inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order.
